STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – Vibon Styles

1. General - The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if stated otherwise. All transactions with Vibon Styles are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. 
2. Products & Services - Vibon Styles sells streetwear trendy oversized t-shirts and exclusive tees that promote the culture and heritage of Chhattisgarh. All designs are original and owned by Vibon Styles.  
3. Orders & Payments - Orders can be placed through our official website or Instagram page. We accept all payment modes including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order. No Cash on Delivery is available unless stated otherwise.  
4. Shipping & Delivery - Deliveries are handled through our delivery partner Shiprocket. Average delivery time is 8–14 business days, depending on the location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1000. Orders below ₹1000 will have applicable shipping charges. Once the product is dispatched, Vibon Styles is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner.  
5. Returns & Replacements Vibon Styles does not accept returns under any circumstances. Replacement is only available if the delivered size is different from the size ordered by the client. In such cases, the client must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with proof (unboxing video and images). 
6. Client Responsibilities -  The client must provide accurate shipping details including full name, proper address, and correct pincode. Vibon Styles is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details shared by the client.  
7. Intellectual Property -  All designs, artworks, logos, and content created by Vibon Styles are the exclusive property of the brand. Copying, reproducing, or redistributing our designs without written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability -  Once the product is dispatched, Vibon Styles is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused during transit. We are not liable for any misuse of the product after delivery.
9. Governing Law - All contractual relations and transactions with Vibon Styles will be governed exclusively by Indian Law.
